Backups, what, when

This applies to fixed computers and servers. For laptops we can enable backups in a different way, create a ticket and we can setup backups.
Faculty
Currently we backup each night the /home/users folder. Only one version is saved, so if you delete something be quick to notify in the same day.
PCB
We backup home/user folder but excluding Downloads, .ivy2, .cache, Trash
We save the backup versions for quite some time using this retention policy:
